Security & privacy

Your work.
The right people.
Clear controls.

Keep marketing work in a shared workspace with defined access, separate team records, and people in control of what gets published.

01

Who can access our work?

Workspace members sign in with roles that define what they can do. Owners and admins manage membership and access.

02

How is our data separated?

Access that follows
responsibility.

Bring colleagues into the work with a role that matches their contribution. Ownership, administration, creation, review, approval, and viewing have distinct permissions.

Membership comes first

Authenticated accounts and membership checks control access to the team workspace.

Roles shape what people can do

Owners and admins manage the team. Creator, reviewer, approver, and viewer roles support different responsibilities in the work.

Data handling

A clear home
for your work.

Workspace records, files, and private ideas have different access rules. Here’s how those boundaries fit together.

Separate team records

Row-level database policies check team membership to keep one team’s records separate from another’s.

Files within the workspace

Private file storage and signed asset access protect source material and working files. Access depends on authorization.

Private ideas stay personal

Private ideas remain visible only to their author. Shared ideas give colleagues a place to contribute together.

People make
the final decision.

Keep feedback, revisions, and approval decisions with the content, so everyone involved can see what happened and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Create with context

Keep the brief and sources beside the draft. AI can help you get started; you shape the message.

  2. 02

    Review and decide

Request changes and record approval decisions in the same content record.

  3. 03

    Confirm publication

Publish through your chosen platform, then attach the live URL to confirm it in Pyroplane.

Workflow support is not a compliance certification.

Pyroplane supports internal review and approval workflows. It is not presented as a validated MLR system or a substitute for your company’s regulatory, legal, privacy, or quality controls.

A few more
practical answers.

How do AI features use our content?

When you use optional AI features, the inputs needed for your request are sent to Anthropic to generate the output. Relevant outputs and style profiles are stored in the workspace. Read how AI features handle data.

What happens when an account or team is deleted?

Deletion by an authorized user starts a 30-day recovery period, during which access is revoked. After that period, associated records and stored files are scheduled for permanent purge, subject to legal retention requirements and backup cycles. Read the retention and deletion details.

How is website activity measured?

Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregate website traffic without cookies. Optional Google Analytics loads only after consent. Marketing measurement events do not intentionally include names, account or workspace IDs, or workspace content. Read about analytics and privacy choices.
