Data handling
Workspace records, files, and private ideas have different access rules. Here’s how those boundaries fit together.
Row-level database policies check team membership to keep one team’s records separate from another’s.
Private file storage and signed asset access protect source material and working files. Access depends on authorization.
Private ideas remain visible only to their author. Shared ideas give colleagues a place to contribute together.
Keep feedback, revisions, and approval decisions with the content, so everyone involved can see what happened and what comes next.

Publish through your chosen platform, then attach the live URL to confirm it in Pyroplane.
Pyroplane supports internal review and approval workflows. It is not presented as a validated MLR system or a substitute for your company’s regulatory, legal, privacy, or quality controls.
When you use optional AI features, the inputs needed for your request are sent to Anthropic to generate the output. Relevant outputs and style profiles are stored in the workspace. Read how AI features handle data.
Deletion by an authorized user starts a 30-day recovery period, during which access is revoked. After that period, associated records and stored files are scheduled for permanent purge, subject to legal retention requirements and backup cycles. Read the retention and deletion details.
